Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Leadership
- Supervise admin, fire-fighting, janitorial, horticulture, and security staff.
- Oversee office administration and ensure timely notifications for maintenance jobs.
- Conduct security drills and ensure smooth traffic management at the plant.
- Monitor wastewater disposal systems and maintain hygiene standards.
- Security Operations
- Oversee security staff and ensure timely reporting.
- Implement preventive measures against theft and unlawful activities.
- Maintain weapons, arrange quarterly testing drills, and ensure training sessions.
- Verify entry/exit logs, SRMS/OGP reports, gate passes, and ensure compliance.
- Assist in warehouse, quality, and maize purchase security operations.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Assist with Integrated Management System (IMS) audits.
- Manage security documentation and licensing (arms, chemicals, etc.).
- Renew third-party agreements for security and CCTV systems.
- Cultural & Organizational Development
- Support talent development and retention strategies.
- Represent the Admin & Security Department on internal and external platforms.
- Embed company values and ensure safety culture at the plant.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum F.A (Graduate preferred).
- Experience: Ex-Army/Police Officer at Commanding level preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and crisis management.
- Knowledge of modern security systems and safety protocols.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken).
- Preferred Training: Counter-terrorism training from CTD Punjab Police or Pakistan Army.
